Ring Ging Bling is a spatial installation built from complementary colours. First staged at the sound:frame Festival in 2013, we have since realised the idea six times – in Cascais, Jerusalem, Ljubljana, Prague, Moscow and, of course, in Vienna.

The concept keeps evolving through collaboration with other artists and within ever-changing experimental exhibition contexts.

01

The Principle

The installation always works with one simple idea: as the ambient light rapidly switches between red, green and blue, visitors perceive motion within otherwise static images and objects in the room.
