The House
The House of Strauss, located in the former Casino Zögernitz in Vienna’s 19th district, offers a delightful insight into the world of the internationally renowned Strauss family, whose most famous member, Johann Strauss (son), wrote the musical piece “On the Beautiful Blue Danube”, which is considered the unofficial anthem of the city of Vienna.
The House of Strauss consists of a large concert hall, a restaurant and a modern interactive museum. The museum’s carefully curated exhibits tell the rich musical history of Vienna, focusing on the influential Strauss family. Visitors immerse themselves in the world of Viennese classical music, get to know the prominent figures of the composer family and are enchanted by timeless music. A standout feauture of the showroom is the opportunity for visitors themselves become part of a Strauss operetta.
Our team at Bildwerk played a crucial role in developing the digital exhibits for the House of Strauss.
